Honest question, what can be done?

This happens in NYC too and if that ambulance went all Mad Max, running through them not giving a fuck who they ran over, to get that child to the hospital people would be pointing fingers at the ambulance driver for hurting the “innocent victims” on their ATVs.

Cops aren’t allowed to chase them, they can ride along sidewalks and up one ways with no repercussions. I mean if cops aren’t allowed to even chase people on dirt bikes (dept. rule) then it is the ultimate get away vehicle for any crime, even murder.

Can’t chase them, can’t catch them, can’t run them over, can’t shoot them, can’t block them, can’t ban the vehicles (they are already banned for road use so that makes zero difference), can’t fine them and you can’t confiscate them.

So what do we do?
